The 34-time Spanish champions Real Madrid are set to appear in their 40th Copa Del Ray (CDR) final on May 6 [Saturday] against Osasuna, who will be playing in their second CDR final of club's history at the Estadio La Cartuja, Sevilla.
Madrid have announced their squad ahead of the Copa final and they will have every player available.
Madrid had their fair share of injuries this season where first team players like Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Ferland Mendy, David Alaba had to miss matches due to injuries.
Modric, aged 37, who had a hamstring injury in Madrid's 4-2 loss against Girona last week, spent the weekend in Belgrade, Serbia, where he met with a specialist who helped him treat his muscle injury and was expected to recover faster than expected.
David Alaba is also set to return in action along with Benzema, Vinicius and Camavinga who missed Madrid's away trip to Real Sociedad where Los Blancos lost by two goals.
According to a Spanish newspaper, left-back Ferland Mendy will not play the final, but is in the squad to celebrate the trophy should Madrid win the final.
It must be noted that Madrid has only won Copa two times in the last 30 years, and on Saturday they will be looking to win the CDR for the 20th time in their history.
Earlier, former Madrid winger Takefusa Kubo and Ander Barrenetxea netted the goals for Real Sociedad against Los Blancos on Tuesday, tightening their grip on fourth spot and Champions League qualification.
Madrid defender Dani Carvajal was sent off after an hour for a second yellow card to make matters worse for Los Blancos.
Madrid will also play the English champions Manchester City in the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League (UCL), just three days after the Copa final.
The Los Blancos will be playing their 11th UCL semi-final in last 13 years, while also winning the title for 5 times in the duration.
